Yayasan Perak

Eligibility:
- University students pursuing a full time degree programme
- Applicant or parent must be born in Perak; or a resident in Perak for more than 10 years
- Family income less than RM1500 per month

Public Service Department Scholarship
Submitted by admin on Sat, 14/03/2009Public Service Department (PSD) scholarship is the scholarship offered by the ministry of higher education to students who have excel in the studies as a reward to their continuous hard work in the academic field. PSD Scholarships are being awarded to excellent local students in fields such as Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Engineering and Science and Technology.
Scholarships are also awarded to excellent students in the Ministry of Education’s polytechnics.
Indian Trust Fund
Submitted by admin on Thu, 12/03/2009The High Commission of India, Kuala Lumpur, administers a scholarship called the Indian Trust Fund, through which it provides a small amount of approximately RM 1,000 per year, for Malaysian Indian students who pursue their studies in a local college in Malaysia.
This is to help the economically weaker section of the Malaysian Indian society who are meritorious and who are finding it difficult to find the means for higher education.
